Artwork Sean Smith Futuristic Hot Rod
Sean envisioned this futuristic flatbed using a mix of smooth 1950s-style curves and angular modern edges. The truck's rusty, faded patina shows it's led a hard life, and contrasts sharply with the glistening gold hot rod it carries. This is one combination we wouldn't mind owning someday in the distant future.

Sean Smith has always had a passion for all things automotive. He began drawing cars at a very young age, and upon graduating high school in 1997, started attending the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. In this program he honed his skills, studying exterior and interior design and moving on to internships at Mazda and Hyundai. After graduation, he worked for several industry-leading companies, doing design work for Honda motorcycles, Rockstar Games' Midnight Club Los Angeles, and a multitude of hot rod and custom shops across the country. Sean has even worked with Jada Toys, directing their new LoPro line of die-cast cars. Soon, he plans to branch out into an apparel and lifestyle clothing brand that specializes in hot rods and street machines. To check out more of his work, visit www.seansmithdesigns.com.

Since the age of four, I have been drawing and painting with a love of cars and anything that goes fast.
Artwork Sean Smith Ram Srt
In case you couldn't tell, here's an awesome Ram SRT concept in a shimmering orange candy finish. Sean's use of motion blur gives this image a sense of speed, but this truck would look fast even when standing still.

Artwork Sean Smith Chevy Camaro
While he's passionate about trucks, Sean also loves to design modern American muscle cars. This sleek silver Camaro's clean lines harken back to the golden age of muscle cars, and the 427 hood graphic hints that plenty of power lurks under its hood.

Artwork Sean Smith Dodge Ram Srt
It's obvious that Sean is an SRT fan, so it was only logical for him to use his skills to elevate Dodge's current design language to a new level. Current SRT cues such as aggressive panel bulges, carbon-fiber accents, dual racing stripes, and the signature crosshair grille have all been incorporated into this Ram concept. If this is what the next SRT-10 looks like, sign us up.

Artwork Sean Smith Dodge Ram Concept
Sean dubbed this snarling orange beast Tarmac, and it's easy to see why: it looks like it eats pavement for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Recessed projector headlights and a quartet of massive intakes make the front end imposing, while center-lock wheels show this Ram's race-ready pedigree.
