We tracked down a young gun in the automotive rendering world, Mark Hutto, and asked him how he got his foot in the door designing future build concepts. “I started off about eight years ago messing around with Photoshop doing a few renderings, but I wasn’t where I wanted to be as far as their looks. So, I started working for a few different companies online and getting pointers along the way. I went to school for computer graphics and design and got my degree, but I was doing graphics way before then, I just wanted to further my education and skills. Time and patience were key to getting better at doing renderings. There were plenty of times when I felt like giving up, but I just love the automotive scene and helping people see what their vehicles could look like when they get them done.”
