Truckin' Radical Renderings - 2007 No. 1

So you want to build a cover truck? Chances are that you will have to spend a lot of time, money, and imagination to get a custom truck or SUV published on the cover of Truckin' magazine. You're on your own when it comes to how you spend your time and money, but we can help stoke your imagination. It takes vision to build a radical ride. To pull that vision out of your head, however, it helps to start with an artist's depiction of what your project will look like when it is finished. That rendering becomes a blueprint that guides the buildup process so that you end up with the truck that you always wanted.

We started Radical Renderings in 2005 to light a creative fire in your hot-rod heart, and so far we have attracted a parade of accomplished freelance designers (and a couple of artists employed by the automakers) to these pages. We have even asked some of them to bring our own project ideas to life - and you can, too.
