Robert Horry is ready to ride in style, thanks to West Coast Customs.
Robert Horry bought this vehicle to be used for road trips and to carry everything his family needed on a day-to-day basis. Since he and his passengers would be spending so much time inside the sport utility, this was where West Coast decided to do the most work. West Coast installed an Alpine IVA-C801 head unit in place of the stock stereo. The new head unit serves as a Mobile Multimedia station, which not only provides the AM and FM, but also controls the DVD player, VCP, and video game console. The DVD player, also an Alpine unit, is a DVA-5205 single-disc DVD/CD player that works as part of the entire mobile electronics system.
For improved sound quality, the stock speakers were replaced by Rockford Fosgate speakers in the doors. "Ghetto Bob" built the subwoofer enclosure in one side of the cargo door, which houses a 10-inch JL Audio subwoofer. Powering the speakers and subwoofer are two Rockford Fosgate amplifiers -- one 880.4 and one 500.1. One of the amps was installed in the cargo door opposite of the subwoofer. "Mad Mike" Martin wired up the system.
The interior was given a new look, with a medium blue and beige color scheme created throughout the cabin. Several dash pieces were painted blue, and the headliner was done in blue suede. The front seats were done in two-tone leather, with perforated blue leather inserts. The rear seating area was given the comfort and look of a sectional sofa, with beige and blue seats that come together at a right angle. Ismael, who took care of the Excursion's interior, also added blue plush carpeting.
The cabin was complete, and WCC went to work on the Medium Wedgewood Blue Metallic body. The company painted the air dam to match the rest of the body and painted some of the other body pieces to create a monochromatic look. The shop also gave the rear a set of smoked taillights. The Excursion rides on 24x10-inch GFG Dresden-7 wheels and P305/45R24 Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires. West Coast gave the chrome rollers a blue tone to match the vehicle as well.

With a body done in blue and an interior as close to a rolling living room as you can get, Robert Horry, his friends, and his family can take cross-country trips without even feeling it. People in the back can kick back on the SUV couch, watch a movie, play a video game, or just listen to music. It's such a nice setup for watching movies, we wonder if he's going to add a popcorn popper and a soda machine.
