Landing in my home state of Georgia, I was itching with anticipation for this year's Blood Drag. Georgia is and will always be special to me and helping out my fellow Southern custom truck enthusiasts is something I take very seriously. Late-model, classics, and even several rat rod trucks took over the Gwinnet County Fairgrounds in Lawrenceville, Georgia, with sunshine and bright blue skies providing the best weekend of early 2010. If you missed it, you missed hot wings from Hooters, vendors selling airbags and compressors, and my favorite, the heavy-duty tow-rig display with minis parked underneath an old "floating" big-rig truck. Local shops supported the show and included Godfather Customs, Lil' Shop of Horrors, Auto Extremes, The Tin Shop, Driveway Werks, and Moonshine Customs. Mark your calendar for next year's show!
