Working 9-5 as a real estate agent, Alex Cortez finds his escape from the drudgery of Monday-Friday by opening up the exhaust cut-outs and revving up his blown 6.0L. Behind the wheel of his real '06 SS, Alex never let his foot off of the throttle and could be seen doing four-wheel drifts exiting the hard 180-degree right-hand turn at the end of the speed stop challenge. The extra heft of the Extended Cab didn't hurt his road course efforts, as he earned a Fourth Place finish out of an extremely competitive field of racers. His all-black SS looked menacing out on the course, and when we asked him why he named his Chevy "The Hulk," he laughingly replied, "I painted the block green when we built the engine for something different." Fast and fun, Alex's Silverado is one mean machine.
