Well, your prayers have been answered, because every year Las Vegas plays host to the largest gathering of companies looking to sell their newest products for the upcoming year. Yep you guessed it, it's the Consumer Electronics Show for 2003, and 2003 was looking to be even better than ever.

If you have never been to the Consumer Electronics Show (CES), it's a Mecca of all things electronic ... and we mean ALL things. Looking for the latest in mobile audio technology? It's there. How about satellite radio? They had two huge booths, no waiting. How about gargantuan, high-definition plasma televisions? More than you could shake a stick at. What about beautiful women who are constantly trying to get your attention and drag you into their booth to show off their new products? Oh please, this IS Las Vegas, you know. and they were all out there to promote all of the stuff you know you'll want to buy.

As people of the truck, we know and appreciate all of the stuff that makes life more enjoyable, and to be sure, all of those things were there. From massage chairs, to 18-inch, square subwoofers, to competition level amplifiers and killer audio video components for your truck, CES had it all and much, much more.
All of the major players in the mobile audio and video industry were in attendance, as well as some newcomers. MTX, Kicker, Kove Audio, Directed Electronics, MA Audio, Bazooka and Phoenix Gold had a bunch of new products for your ride, and were showing them off in grand style.
