During the heat of the summer, Lake Havasu, Arizona, is a popular destination for family boaters to spend quality time together, and nothing is better than skimming across the water with like-minded people. In the case of Advantage boat owners, the company puts on a great regatta with help of Jokers Wild promotions, which draws the family of Advantage owners out for a weekend of fun and festivities.
We met up with the Advantage owners bright and early on a September Saturday morning at Nautical Cove. After the owners meeting, it was off to a favorite cove for some group photos from the air and the beginning of the Poker Run. With the mingling complete, the armada of light water craft sped toward our next destination, where every participant was given the opportunity of an aerial running shot. The day on the water concluded with a parade under the London Bridge, before heading out to the Aquatic Center for dinner and prizes.
