The Resolutions Car and Truck Show in-vaded the Colorado River Fairgrounds in Blythe, California, on December 30th, and custom trucks were on hand until New Year's Day, when drowsy showgoers packed up camp and made the drive home. There aren't many shows that can claim that they've been around for thirty years-a couple of our editors can't. Resolutions has survived several venue changes and has seen a lot of automotive trends come and go, but the show continues to grow each year.
From 'bagged to lifted, trucks and SUVs of all sizes were parked alongside imports and even a few classic rides. There were also several "under construction" rides cruising the fairground with weld beads that had hardly cooled down. With such a diverse range of vehicles, you can bet that there was a whole spectrum of personalities and a wide variety of clubs, as Severed Ties, Extreme Lowz, Relaxed Atmosphere, Negative Camber, Acrophobia, and Local Finesse all brought trucks to represent their respective organizations.
