On the weekend we threw our Truckin' Havasu Havoc bash at Lake Havasu, some big boys were in town for a boat run known as Desert Storm. Between all of the boats already there, plus the poker run, and the rest of the party that followed us into town, Lake Havasu was going full bore! We managed to slip away from the show for just long enough to play on the water a bit, where we were greeted by huge horsepower and melting heat. It's hard to imagine, but here we were on the tail-end of Spring with temperatures already blasting through the triple digits. Being on the water was a quick way to shake the heat and see the sights.
