Under the hood, the factory 5.3L engine is dressed to impress with a K&N fuel-injection performance kit and a Hypertech performance chip and power programmer. An Optima Yellow Top battery provides plenty of juice, while a Flowmaster exhaust system helps the mill rumble.

Enhancing the stance of the hammered hauler are Boyd Coddington Turbine billet wheels. More conservative 20x8-inch Turbines were used up front, while the rear wears the massive 22x10-inch version. The finest in Nitto low-profile rubber protects the precious billets from bends and dings.

Inside the bed you get a bird's eye view of the suspension work of Sean Thurman of Suspension Dimension. A full reverse six-link cantilever suspension setup works in conjunction with Contitec 2600 airbags to lift and lower the back end of this beauty. A custom-built rear subframe and step notch makes up the rest of this truck's serious suspension alterations. Two 5-gallon air tanks and two Viair 400 compressors make sure there's plenty of reserve air, should Judd's fingers get a little heavy on the switches.

To accommodate the rear 22-inch Boyd Coddington rollers, custom wheeltubs had to be fabricated. Once the tubs were welded in place and the location of the tanks and compressors was determined, the bed was given a spray-in liner by Rhino Linings of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
