To put it simply, the stock audio components in James' pride and joy were not going to cut it. Wholesale Street Wheels took care of upgrading the in-cab entertainment with an Alpine 7895 CD head unit that distributes jams to an Audiobahn A4125HCT amplifier firing Alpine 6-1/2-inch components mounted in the front and rear doors. An Audiobahn A2150HCT amplifier sends blasting force toward an Audiobahn AW101T 10-inch woofer enclosed in a custom box behind the rear seat. With the sounds in check, James had Chaotic Rods & Customs add the leopard-skin graphic to various dash panels, and to round out the inside style, James' wife, Cathy Demouy, (CD Customs) hooked up the seats with leopard inserts and wrapped the door panels, headliner, and mats.
James Demouy has crafted one smooth custom Sport Trac and can show and shower sparks with the best of them. Building custom trucks is usually a team effort, and James is quick to point out that Slam Trac would not exist without Mike, Max, Rocky, and Chris at Chaotic Rods & Customs, Wholesale Street Wheels, Ektensive Metal Works, and his wife, Cathy. Hammered on the Texas tarmac and sporting detail on every surface, this custom will be turning heads for years to come.
