A long-time staple in the mini-truck scene, Isuzu has seen a recent resurgence in the older Pup line amongst those truck owners whom have Sawzalls in their hands. Newer models, however, have not seen the large surge in sales of its Colorado and Canyon brethren. Isuzu decided to take its truck sales more seriously and tackle the custom world head-on. When this project was given the green light, one customizer came to mind for the Isuzu team, Street Scene Equipment. After taking delivery of two '07 Isuzu trucks, one I-370 Crew Cab and one I-290 Extended Cab, the crew at Street Scene went to work at making them a unique pair.

Starting with the I-290, the crew at Street Scene Equipment bolted on a Ground Force 2/3 drop kit consisting of front coils, rear blocks, and rear spring plates. Also, 20-inch American Racing RT-S chrome wheels with Toyo 255/45R20 tires were added on. It wouldn't be a Street Scene project without some of the company's latest styling accessories bolted on, and the Isuzu is no exception. Replacing the factory body parts, Street Scene Equipment Cal View mirrors were added, as well as a Generation 1 bumper cover, roll pan, a side-skirt kit, wiper cowl, brushed Speed Grilles, hidden hitch, flip-up license plate kit, and fog lights. Other than the Street Scene hardware, a SnugTop tonneau was added for good looks and extra bed security. With a whole new appearance, the truck was delivered to L&G Paint and Body, located in San Dimas, California, where the truck was painted Isuzu Pacific Blue. Completing the overall look are custom yellow vinyl graphics from APE Wraps.

Inside of the I-290, the guys over at Audio Innovations, in Glendora, California, kept things simple and installed the Roadwire/Classic Soft Trim blue leather seats and added a Clarion head unit and speakers. Having completed one truck, Street Scene set out to tackle the I-370 Crew Cab.
