Josh and Daniel Woodley of Godfather Customs custom built a subwoofer enclosure around the factory-like center console. The hand-built center console houses one Kenwood 12-inch sub, which is powered by one Kenwood KAC-X4R amplifier behind the seat. Powering the Kenwood mids and separates is another Kenwood amp on the other side of the bulkhead. Kenwood was also sourced for the head unit and KNA-G510 navigation unit. All of the wiring is linked by Stinger cables. Keeping things secure is a Viper SST alarm system with GPS tracking. Gibbs Auto Interiors in Jonesboro, Georgia, handled the other interior modifications, including wrapping the pillars and headliner in suede and installing the Corvette factory leather seats. Godfather Customs installed the US Speedo gauge overlay kit.
It was a mad scramble to complete the truck before SEMA, but the end result was worth the long hours and strained energy-drink consumption. Godfather Customs created a great example of how good-looking a truck can be with simple bolt-on parts.
