The 500 HP is gained from an '84 454ci BIG-block that was bored to 468 ci. A Holley 750- cfm carburetor feeds the air/fuel mixture through the intake manifold and machined cylinder heads into the combustion chambers where the air/fuel mixture is ignited then exhausted through a pair of long-tube, Sanderson Jet- Hot coated headers.
