Dean spent a week sanding and finishing the white ash wooden planks to achieve its flawless deep finish. The bed floor stringers and carriage bolts were sent out for brushed chrome treatment. To obtain access to the 24-gallon fuel tank Brent installed a Jazz gas filler and cap assembly.
