5th Place

For all of you who think a mostly stock truck could never hang with these go-fast trucks, Kyle Feebeck proves you wrong, as his truck is virtually homebuilt and doesn't sport any exotic parts. We actually met him when we arrived at the event and invited his truck to compete in our THROWDOWN. If ever there was an appropriate example for slow and steady wins the race, then Kyle is it. Kyle and his Silverado cruised through every single race we could throw at him and he still went and bracket drag raced in another class during LS Fest. Being the quiet guy in the group, he never even talked up his game. In all he stacked enough points to make the top 5, and also eeked out the fastest reaction time of our group against the .400 pro tree on the dragstrip. Nothing high-dollar here, just a well-sorted truck on 20-inch all-season tires that did everything well and then drove home when it was all done.
