While those wild exoskeleton bars and bumpers were being powdercoated in black, the truck was rolled into Jamie's Body Shop in Downsville, Louisiana, where it was doused in PPG Oh So Orange Metallic paint, from the Vibrance Color Collection. That extra-bright pigment makes the sky-high truck seem even bigger, and once the Matchbox logo was applied to the body, it truly appeared to be a life-sized toy. Performance mods were handled by a MagnaFlow dual exhaust and matching front and rear Superlift extreme diff covers. Opening the doors reveals a relatively factory interior with upgraded Katzkin Barracuda leather seat covers in black with white piping. A Code 3 P/A and siren system are controlled via a custom console, which also houses the Auidiovox wireless communication system and Magellan handheld GPS units.

Upon seeing the Superlift Brush Truck, Matchbox was rightfully blown away. A 1/64-scale toy truck was immediately put into production and handed out to lucky winners at the 2011 SEMA show. Making SEMA even more special, the big F-350 was awarded Ford's Award for Design Excellence/Outstanding Achievement in Design. Cruising out to our photo location, the Superlift team was constantly getting thumbs up from passerby, but what was more amusing was the immediate lane change for cars that saw that huge bumper in their rearview. Superlift and Matchbox really went over the top with this amazing truck, but after all, boys will be boys.
