Big Red RigThis is exactly the kind of truck that one would imagine an ex-trucker to drive. Rick Hall, who hails from Creola, Alabama, used to drive the big boys across the country and he felt compelled to incorporate his love for 18-wheelers into his '03 Ford F-250 Super Duty. The suspension was lifted 4 inches thanks to a Pro Comp kit. A set of 18-inch KMC Rock Star wheels have been dipped in 35-inch Dick Cepek tires-definitely an awesome combo. A Banks Six-Gun tuner and Speed-Loader have been added to give the 6.0L engine a little more push. Rick couldn't resist giving his truck a few true big-rig accessories such as exhaust stacks and a set of eardrum piercing air horns.
A Titanic RewardSgt. R. Tugwell, a proud member of the U.S. Army, arrived home from Iraq safe and in one piece, so he decided it was time to treat himself to a new truck. An '04 Nissan Titan proved to be the perfect gift, well it wasn't perfect at first, but nothing a Fabtech 6-inch lift and a double-din navigation unit couldn't fix! A hoodscoop and Bushwacker fender flares give the Titan a rugged, ready-for-anything demeanor that rightly suits the special soldier who owns it. Thank you for your service Sgt. Tugwell!
Better In BlueJames Dark has a knack for photography as well as cool custom trucks. He scouted out an awesome, desolate location to capture a few snaps of his second generation Dodge Dakota. The list of modifications and parts that have found their way onto James' truck is quite long, but the enclosed, tilting bed is definitely one of our favorites. The 61/2-inch Truckin' Suspension lift, 15x8-inch Pacer wheels, and Super Swamper tires aren't bad either. Fully 'glassed dash and door panels keep things looking slick inside the truck and an intricate Alphasonik speaker and amp system supplies a thumping soundtrack.
