Well why not a hand drawn portrait of some thing like them, their favorite car, or any thing that makes them happy. I can take a simple photo of your child and make him or her into a fantasy creature such as a faerie. My prices can not be beat for what you are getting. You can get a one of a kind treasure for the one you love for only $79 8x10 or $99 11x14. I am a local artist living in Rochester, NY. I also show my work in pencil, watercolor and acrylic paintings at Galleries. Right now I'm also a stay-at-home dad for my three boys and one girl (due to injury at work)! As for my ability in art, I got great training from a great teacher in High School. There I learned to use different media and aim my knack for details at capturing nature, drawing my first portrait from a photo. Nowadays I've been learning to use pen and ink to capture faces. It's not always easy. Each portrait turns out to be an education . . . and a pleasure. I try to make a striking resemblance in my portraits. But though I am able to draw photographically I try not to make them look like a photo. I feel if I wanted a photo, I should use a camera. Instead I strive to make them freer, becoming rough toward the edges of the paper. I do this because I like the look of the pen mark and I do it for the challenge — drawing freely yet accurately is harder. The eyes are the only exception. I do this hoping they'll draw your attention. To me the eyes are where the resemblance is. http://i385.photobucket.com/albums/oo297/nathan_miller_art/1941.jpg http://i385.photobucket.com/albums/oo297/nathan_miller_art/yodavan600.jpg http://i385.photobucket.com/albums/oo297/nathan_miller_art/tiger.jpg http://i385.photobucket.com/albums/oo297/nathan_miller_art/darkprincess600-1.jpg

Just bought my first truck. Some Questions!
Well I just bought my first vehicle, a 1994 chevrolet W/T 1500 pick up. I have a few questions about it though so if you wouldnt mind giving me some opinions tips or answers I would greatly appreciate it! Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I need to know! Is a "1994 chevy W/T 1500" pickup essentially the same truck as a "1994 C/K 1500 pick up"? Because when I am online looking for parts or whatever and I am searching by vehicle the W/T 1500 pickup never shows up only the "silverado 1500" and the "C/K 1500" pick up show up. Which vehicle is the correct one to choose if I want to buy parts. I also want to buy a new deck because I don't even own any cassettes. Are most decks universal and will fit in my truck? Cheers ;)

I was hoping to get some advice on my truck. 1) I have a 1980 F-100 that I've owned since 1985. It's heading into it's 30th birthday and I am trying to decide if I should restore her to a show condition or sell her before she turns into a rust bucket. I think it's a relatively rare model now, at least I've never seen another 1980 F-100. From what I've been able to determine Ford stopped the F-100 1/2 ton line in 1979 but made a few vehicles in the 1980 model year that are essentially the 79 F-100 with the 1980 body. Anybody know if this is true? 2) The model logo on the side of the truck says "F-100 Custom" I'm also wondering if anyone knows what the "Custom" part means. The truck has 195,000 miles total. The past 15 years or so I have driven it an average of 1,000 to 5,000 miles a year. I just use it for things requiring a truck. I installed a new 300cid engine from a long block around 1987 that has about 90,000 on it and still sounds tight as it did new. It has the 3spd column shifter. Also over the years have done a couple of clutches, carb rebuilds, steering gear, radiators, etc. The truck was mostly restored in the early 1990's (paint, carpet, upholstery). It was garaged up until about two years ago and the weather has since taken a toll. It now has some surface rust showing on the hood and cab top and around the rear window seal. Also the body/frame donuts are deteriorated. About 5 years ago I added a bed liner, diamond plate gate and edge runners and toolbox. I also have a Leer camper shell that needs refinishing. I think I made a mistake and threw out the original (rusted) hub caps replacing with mags and wider tires. Otherwise it's pretty much original. I see F-100 values ranging from $500 for junkers to $40,000+ for 50's models. My guess is it would cost $2-10,000 (and a couple of hundred hours of free labor) to put her into a show condition. Would it be worthwhile financially to restore a truck of this age, at this time? I'd appreciate any suggestions anyone can offer me. Thanks, Jamie S

Under the hood is the stock 4.8 V8, to which I added ram air intake and K&N filter. Also has modified exhaust (catalytic converters were opened up and hollowed out and exits through Flowmaster muffler) Inside, I have a 1000w Insignia amp and a 1200w Sony Xplod 12" sub in a ported ProBox. Also has navigation. Everything else is pretty much same same...I am open to any suggestions about how best to complete this ride. Would like some simple mods to the engine and maybe to dress up the engine compartment, and maybe a billet wheel and accessories on the interior (the interior is basically all black/charcoal).
