After we made a trial fit of the PIAA lights within our SUV's front under-bumper valance, we determined that a small bracket would be required for the sake of durability. The bracket was constructed from 1/8-inch-thick mild steel plate, and then mounting holes were drilled following the PIAA-supplied pattern.
