While Frankie was aligning the truck and trimming the air dam for clearance, the work on the grille began. The instructions from Carriage Works said that the factory grille just pulled off; but a set of pliers helped to remove the grille without much force.

A Dremel tool with an abrasive drum cleaned up the cuts.
Aluminum brackets, bolts, and Nyloks, made the upper grille installation a snap.
The lower grille proved more difficult. First, the tow hooks were removed. Blue masking tape helped to mark the location for the 13/64-inch holes that were drilled. Plastic rivets made for a clean final look, but they were difficult to insert. Don't rush the install and double-check all of your measurements, then things will go fine.
