 The factory pump and sending...  The factory pump and sending unit was carefully removed from the factory fuel tank.  The factory pump and sending-unit...  The factory pump and sending-unit float was put in the empty position (bottom), the OEM tester read between 198-222 ohms.  The float wire was then lifted...  The float wire was then lifted to the full position (top) it was then tested to verify the resistance was between 16-24 ohms.  After the factory pump and...  After the factory pump and sending unit checkout, it was then carefully lowered into the new Transfer Flow 56-gallon fuel tank.  With the pump and sending...  With the pump and sending unit clocked in the correct position, it was then secured by torqueing the (5) 1/4-inch 20 flange nuts to 50lb-in +/- 5lb-in.  The new supplied rollover...  The new supplied rollover valves were inserted, then compressed into their self-locking position.  The pump and sending unit...  The pump and sending unit is flanked by two rollover valves that will instantly stop any fuel from flowing if the vehicle is rolled-over or on its side.  The bigger fuel tank was then...  The bigger fuel tank was then carefully lifted up between the framerail and the driveshaft.  The supplied retaining straps...  The supplied retaining straps were then aligned and snugged up using a pneumatic gun, then finally torqued to 32lb-ft +/- 2lb-ft.  The new Transfer Flow filler...  The new Transfer Flow filler and vent-hose clamps were secured using a medium flat screwdriver.  This worm's-eye view shows...  This worm's-eye view shows how precise the new larger 56-gallon Transfer Flow fuel tank fits between the framerail and driveshaft.
