2008 GMC Sierra - Fantastic Four - Tech

 Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Bumperstops
New bumpstops give an extra inch of travel, as compared to the factory parts.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Gas Tank
The final step for the rear was securing the gas tank in place.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Billet Grille
Installing the billet grille in the GMC was pretty simple. The most difficult part was removing the bumper cover and grille. Misha, the owner of Divine One Customs, stepped in to help Chad with this part.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra GMC Grille
The green masking tape helped keep the chromed plastic from getting scuffed while Misha used an air saw to cut out the center of the GMC's grille.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Disc Grinder
Misha used a disc grinder to remove the last bits of grille from the grille shell.
 Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Brackets
Here's a closeup of the brackets that hold the grille in place.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Assembled Grille
The assembled grille already looks good. Putting it on the truck was easier than taking it off. A few screws, some barbed clips, plastic rivets, and it was done.
Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Gibson Exhaust Kit
Gibson included all of the necessary hardware with its cat-back exhaust kit.
 Fantastic 2008 GMC Sierra Hangers
After the hangers were pried off and two bolts were removed, Chuck carried the factory exhaust to the scrap pile in one piece.
