The final adjustment was made with the truck on the ground, as Eryn cranked the coilovers to preload the front suspension until the front was level with the rear.

Flowmaster's kit for the Tacoma included a 50-Series muffler, mandrel-bent tubing, and all of the hardware.

Two bolts and several hangers held the factory exhaust in place. It was gone in 5 minutes.

Once it was established how the pipes were supposed to be arranged, it went on quickly. The most difficult part was the extension for the longbed's wheelbase wasn't flared on one end, so Eryn had to weld the entire circumference.

Eryn tack-welded each joint, including these rear pipes where the exhaust pipes kick up over the axle.

As Eryn welded in the last few tacks, the polished Flowmaster tip showed its first signs of life. The tips exit the rear of the Tacoma on each side in a "Y" pattern.

The Airaid kit for the Tacoma included a large conical filter, an airbox, and all of the hardware.

The factory intake duct was removed and set aside.

We opened the airbox and removed the factory filter.
