 The sway bar ends were swapped...  The sway bar ends were swapped side for side, the steering was assembled, and the brakes were bolted back on to nearly complete the front.  Here's a look at the factory...  Here's a look at the factory bumpstop threaded into its new drop bracket. Also, notice the brake line mount just above it. It moved the brake line forward and down to keep plenty of play in the line, even at full droop.  Next, a heavy-duty skidplate...  Next, a heavy-duty skidplate buttoned up the front. The factory skidplate was also installed at this time.  Moving toward the rear, Eryn...  Moving toward the rear, Eryn added spacers to the carrier bearing.  After mocking up the rear...  After mocking up the rear spring packs with the add-a-leaf, Eryn cut the spring locating pin to a manageable length.  Here's the completed spring...  Here's the completed spring pack with a lift block. New U-bolts were used, but the factory bumpstops were reused.  The Tuff Country kit included...  The Tuff Country kit included several drop brackets for the brake lines, such as this emergency brake cable spacer that mounted to the spring retainer.  This spacer moved the brake...  This spacer moved the brake lines up from the axle to keep them from being pulled too taught at full droop.  With the truck on the ground,...  With the truck on the ground, it was apparent it had too much toe out, even when fully bottomed out, so the tie rod ends were each trimmed 1/2 inch and the tie rod was cut 1/4 inch.
