We set it out in the sun to let it air out and stretch a little.  Because there were no holes...  Because there were no holes cut for the new carpet, we laid the factory carpet over the ACC kit and laid tape over the holes to mark them for cutting. Typically we'd use a grease pencil, but it was hard to see on the black.  In went the carpet and then...  In went the carpet and then the cutting began.  Each hole was cut and the...  Each hole was cut and the edges were trimmed to fit perfectly. Warning: Cutting the carpet is no big deal, but the insulation is frustrating; so don't be like us and cut yourself over and over again.  Happy with the new carpet's... Completing our interior upgrades, we opted to insulate the underside of the hood. Performance is good, but hearing it 24/7 can get old. The Hushmat hood kit was just what our truck needed.
