After soaking the inside of the window with soapy water, the tint was positioned into place.

Starting from the top and working towards the bottom, the film was smoothed over to eliminate any air bubbles.

Air bubbles are the number one enemy of window tint and the guys at Xtreme Tint used heavy-duty squeegees to get rid of all of them.

With the air bubbles gone and the window film in place, a towel was used to wipe away the soapy water.

A razorblade was used to trim the edges, ensuring the tint reached the far edges, and creating a seamless look.

It was now time to pull the protective layer and check out the new 3M window tint.

Because the SuperCrew had a rear sliding window, Erick was able to pull a template up on his computer and let the laser cutter precisely trim the 3M film for the back window.
