It's simple to open the magazine and see a truck that makes you go "wow." But to fully understand how much work went into that truck build, you just may say "wow" and "holy crap that took a ton of work." In this story, we'll take you on a quick journey through two truck transformations. One truck went down, one truck went up, but both trucks looked custom when the dust settled.
Check out the photos to see just a small glimpse of what each truck underwent. If you're interested in the parts used on these trucks, give the companies a call to see if an application exists for your truck.

Moving to the sides of the truck, the AMP motors were attached to the mounting arms. The appropriate wiring was performed to the door switch and under the hood to power the steps.

Up next, the motors were mounted to the pinch weld under the Chevy and the steps attached to the motors. These steps are awesome, because they are virtually hidden until the door is opened.

After a stint at L&G Enterprises in San Dimas, the Silverado was custom painted using PPG Hot Hues paints. Custom paint wasn't enough, however, and the truck was delivered to Extreme Trucks in Irvine for a new suspension.
