2008 Ford F150 Buildup - Fullsize For Less Ford
 The wheels and rubber were...  The wheels and rubber were then slapped onto the hub and carefully torqued as to not mar the black lug nuts. |  With the strut bolted securely...  With the strut bolted securely into place and the tie rod nut, upper ball joint nut and sway bar nut firmly torqued, it was time to check just how much of a lift was actually gained. After the MAF sensor, which was located at the driver side of the airbox, was disconnected and the four bolts that secure the OE box assembly were removed, the stock intake assembly was easily displaced from its home under the Ford's hood. |  A step adapter, which is provided...  A step adapter, which is provided in the S&B intake kit, was secured to the new airbox. |  The S&B air filter was slid...  The S&B air filter was slid into place inside the new airbox and secured with clamps. Notice the instructions in the background? We used 'em too! |

 The S&B kit was now ready...  The S&B kit was now ready to be positioned into place, notice where the intake secures to the throttle body at the far end of the intake. |  All clamps were checked and...  All clamps were checked and tightened and... |  ...the MAF sensor electrical...  ...the MAF sensor electrical connection was plugged into the new intake. |
