2008 Toyota Tundra Subwoofer Enclosure - Ba-Boom Box

Josh used one of the JL Subwoofer securing rings as a circle template.

A jigsaw was used to cut a circle into the MDS board to house the JL 10-inch Subwoofers.

Josh applied white glue to the enclosures sidepieces.

The subwoofer enclosure top piece was carefully aligned then pressed into place.

To ensure no low frequency leakage, Josh used a latex glove to apply the silicone.

The subwoofer enclosure end pieces were sealed by applying more silicone.

Josh used a staple gun to secure the end pieces to the enclosure.

Josh performed a test fit with the assembled subwoofer enclosure behind the rear seat.

Adhesive Solutions 110 High Solids Contact Adhesive liquid was sprayed on Subwoofer enclosures surface using a pneumatic paint gun.

After the material was stretched and adhered to the enclosure surface, the subwoofer speaker holes were cut out.

An electrical Phillips driver was used to install the JL 10-inch subwoofer.

The compact subwoofer enclosure fits snuggly behind rear seat.
