Here is a close-up of the front wheel/tire locating bracket. This determined the track width, wheel/tire diameter, and suspension pickup point locations. Rodger sets his frames up working from the outside in, so there are no ride height or suspension discrepancies later.

The front framerail section was in the process of being setup and tack-welded in place.

The Chris Alston Chassis Works Fab9 rearend housing was located at its neutral ride height. The rear framerail step heights were located around it.

The rear framerails were set into the jig fixtures, locating them precisely.

The rear step section allowed for rear suspension travel of the Fab9 housing.

Erik installed the rear tubular 1-1/4-inch diameter .120-inch wall crossmembers between the framerails before welding them in place.

Rodger Lee inspected his latest ISK frame that was laid out and tacked together on the mega frame jig table.

The front suspension pickup points were gusseted and welded together making a very strong suspension anchor.

The ISK upper and lower 1-1/4-inch diameter control arms and VariShock QuickSet adjustable coilover shocks were bolted to the front suspension cluster.

Stopping power comes from a pair of Wilwood spindles/hubs and six-piston calipers with 14-inch rotors.

An AGR power steering rack was secured to the front suspension crossmember between the framerails. The power rack- and-pinion tie rods were then aligned and connected to each spindle.

The frame's tubular center sub-structure crossmember section added torsional rigidity eliminating the framerails flexing or tweaking.
