 No Fear supplied a small wedge...  No Fear supplied a small wedge tool to properly remove the factory needles.  As you can see, No Fear has...  As you can see, No Fear has several styles and applications to choose from. All of the gauge overlays are stainless steel and feature unique graphics.  The new stainless steel No...  The new stainless steel No Fear gauge overlay was slid into position.  We also ordered a new needle...  We also ordered a new needle kit, (sold separately) made by Nu Image. Each needle was carefully placed into the exact position of the original needle.  Snapped into place, the factory...  Snapped into place, the factory clear shield was reinstalled.  Thin and wimpy-looking, the...  Thin and wimpy-looking, the factory chrome plastic ring on the bezel was pried loose...  ...discarded and replaced...  ...discarded and replaced with new solid-billet and much nicer-looking piece from Nu Image.  It simply screwed in from...  It simply screwed in from the back of the plastic bezel.  Now we were ready to install...  Now we were ready to install all of the new pieces back into the dash. First, we plugged the wiring harness into the cluster. Notice all of the factory lights are still working as usual.  Using the same 7mm socket,...  Using the same 7mm socket, the gauge cluster screws were reinstalled, securing the cluster to the dash.  Next up, on went the new bezel...  Next up, on went the new bezel with the real billet trim ring. The dash components were then installed and we had a custom-looking dash.  As you can see, our '08 Silverado...  As you can see, our '08 Silverado looked great with the new No Fear grille. We had time to catch up with another custom truck guy who had a lifted F-150 sporting another cool grille design from No Fear. Chevy and Ford, lifted and lowered, both trucks look cool.
