18. Another pulley change involves the 10-rib damper, which is sourced from ATI. Thomson machines a custom hub for it to mount on the crankshaft. Look closely and you'll see the pulley is divided; the wider section is connected to the blower and power steering pump, while the narrower section is for a separate belt that drives the alternator and air conditioning system. This engine won't use A/C, so a custom idler pulley will be created.
