The vents were test fit in...
The vents were test fit in the fender and marked with a grease pencil before the backing was removed and the vents went in permanently.
In one afternoon, the guys at 3d Carbon installed this kit and had results that rival the concept vehicles that you wish you could buy. To complete the look, Webasto installed 3d Carbon's front and rear fender vents, while an Eibach 2/4 drop kit helped lower and level things out. The result is a truck that looks far from stock, with only a couple thousand invested.
From the Driver SeatThe truck's new lower profile hasn't had any ill effects on its driving, but with the truck being lower and having some expensive bodywork inches from the pavement, a more careful driving style had to be adopted. This is nothing new for owners of lowered vehicles, but potholes and uneven driveways are more of a challenge now. The 305/35R24 BFG g-Force T/As don't rub anywhere, including the body kit, and everything still fits as it should.
