Moving to the rear liftgate, the Chevy Bow Tie and the molding it was set into were replaced by the flashier aftermarket badging from Asanti and the Escalade molding. A factory Escalade mounting location had to be created, which meant an extra hole was drilled that would accept the three-pronged Escalade molding.
