A self-tapping screw attached the ground wire to the windshield header, while the power wire was run down the A-pillar and given an inline fuse, before it was tapped into an ignition-on wire.  Each kit came with 1/8-inch...  Each kit came with 1/8-inch steel brackets that have to be custom bent for each application.
