After the edge of the trim... After the edge of the trim was sprayed with adhesive, it was installed using clips that were bolted to the studs from the top sunroof panel. Here, Ramn cut the trim to fit around the steel bracket. To keep the dome light, Ramn... To keep the dome light, Ramn cut out the headliner to use as his template. You can also see he had already marked the perimeter where the old headliner will be cut out. Ramn salvaged the front console,... Ramn salvaged the front console, as well. This piece of high-density foam extended from the front portion of the headliner toward the windshield, which allowed the console to move forward. The foam was cut into a semicircle,... The old headliner, with its new material, was fastened into place by using the factory clips that previously held it. The only additional clips were installed above the rear doors. It is the same color and style as the clip that's used in the rear of the headliner, so it blended right in. Ramn used a razor blade to... Ramn used a razor blade to cut out the center of the new material and a dull-edged putty knife to push the material under the bottom sunroof trim. This photo also shows the new position of the dome light.
