2002 Ford F150 - Luxo Lid

Dave removed the hinges from the lid and moved on to the brackets.	He placed each hinge on the bracket, in order to get ready for the lid to be set into place.
With some help from Charlie, the fully-loaded Gaylord's X-2000 lid was lifted into place.	After crawling inside of the bed, Dave aligned the bolts coming from the tonneau into the holes on the bracket.
Before tightening the bolts, Dave adjusted the rail stop to make sure the brackets lined up parallel to the bedrails.	Once happy with the alignment, Dave tightened the bolts and secured the tonneau to the hinges.
Dave was then ready to run the wires for the power actuators	Keeping everything professional, the wiring was just the right length and the relays were ready to be mounted.
He then loosely mounted the tonneau latches in order to try the power actuators out.	One push of a button and the tonneau closed and opened every time.
Voil! Safety and good looks. It was now time to go try it in the real world.	Our truck looked better than ever with the new Gaylord's X-2000 power bed cover. Now the bed was secure and our belongings were weather-tight.
