Once the graphics were taped and outlined to Theresa's liking, Luis Acosta taped off the areas that were to remain black, reached for Summit Racing's new line of acrylic enamel paint products...  ...and began spraying the...  ...and began spraying the Gray Metallic color. The paint was left to dry overnight and first thing the next morning, Theresa taped off, masked, and sprayed...  ...a darker shade of gray...  ...a darker shade of gray accent color to the fin-shaped outlines.  With the freshly-painted outlines...  With the freshly-painted outlines cured and looking great, Luis mixed and sprayed Summit Racing's Ultra Pearl Blue topcoat, which filled the areas inside the fin outlines.  After a few airbrushed details,...  After a few airbrushed details, such as the Suzuki logo, and some additional shading on the fin outlines, the clearcoat was applied to the entire truck. It was then buffed to a high luster.  The color-matched rear bumper...  The color-matched rear bumper and bumper pads were then secured into place, which gave the Equator's rear end a completely custom appearance. Also, notice the smoked taillights.  Since the tailgate handle...  Since the tailgate handle was shaved off from the Suzuki's exterior, it had to go somewhere. The inner plate was unbolted...
