With over ten years of production, the '88-'98 Chevrolet C/K 1500 is one of the most popular choices for the foundation of a custom truck. However, since they've been out of production for more than ten years, there's bound to be some wear and tear that keeps your average daily driven truck from looking its best. We happened across a '97 C3500 Silverado that was in need of some cosmetic upkeep, so we called LMC Truck to not only restore its original glory, but to take things up a notch. With their online catalog up on our laptop, we used their exploded diagrams to sort through the parts available and had no trouble tracking down the pieces we needed. With just about everything but the cabs available, you could practically build a truck just from the LMC catalog. Check out how a few minutes of wrenching can give your Chevy a fresh new façade and breathe life back into your daily driver.
