Sporting a pair of gloves that would make most patients cringe, Steve worked some plastic body filler around the form to fill in the low spots.	A heavy dose of sanding created a smooth exterior with flowing curves and gentle corners. Extra attention was necessary to ensure the material covering the form didn't look bumpy. Here, glue was being sprayed over the wood.
Pulling, stretching, and heating- with a little manual dexterity-worked the material smoothly into the corners without any wrinkles.	Back in the boat, a little extra room was necessary to clear the much-larger Orion speakers we were installing. The backs of the centers needed to be opened up for clearance of the hefty magnets.
On the workbench, Jos Herrera began working on pre-wiring the necessary crossovers for the Orion C2.62 components by using plenty of high-quality Scosche wire.	With all of the right colored wires and connectors in position, it was a simple matter of plugging in all of the speakers.
Some stainless wood screws were zipped in, to hold the speakers where they belong, then the safety grilles were pressed in place. We're looking at the C63 coaxial speakers in this shot.	A view of the front-seat C2.62 component separates looks intimidating.
The rear passengers got a four-pack of C63 coaxial speakers, which are sure to make some ears ring.
