The backside of the patented ProCharger exposes the self-contained gear-driven supercharger impeller. The aircraft grade 7075 T-6 aluminum alloy impeller can withstand incredible heat temperatures.

Dorian muscled the stout ProCharger compressor housing onto the mounting bracket. The housing mounting bolts were coated with Loctite before they were tightened.

The ProCharger Gates serpentine belt (PN K060763) was wrapped around the pulleys.

After disconnecting the lower radiator hose, the radiator coolant was emptied. The ProCharger aluminum intercooler was mounted in front of the radiator.
