2005 Ford F150 - Centrifugal Power

The increased injector size will deliver ample fuel to the combustion chamber.	The factory crankshaft pulley was removed, then replaced with a larger ProCharger 7.65-inch diameter pulley.
	The ProCharger main bracket with pulley tensioner was connected to the 5.4L engine block.
Here is a look at the nautilus-shaped ProCharger with the supercharger drive pulley connected.	The backside of the patented ProCharger exposes the self-contained gear-driven supercharger impeller. The aircraft grade 7075 T-6 aluminum alloy impeller can withstand incredible heat temperatures.
Dorian muscled the stout ProCharger compressor housing onto the mounting bracket. The housing mounting bolts were coated with Loctite before they were tightened.
The ProCharger compressor oil was added then checked with a dipstick.	The ProCharger Gates serpentine belt (PN K060763) was wrapped around the pulleys.
The factory fan and fan shroud were reinstalled.	After disconnecting the lower radiator hose, the radiator coolant was emptied. The ProCharger aluminum intercooler was mounted in front of the radiator.
