2007 GMC Sierra Supercharger Install - Dyno-Proven Daily Driver

With the intake manifolds bolts removed, Simon lifted and pulled the factory plastic manifold free.	Simon busted out the Shop-Vac and cleaned the heads and intake valley. He then placed blue tape over the intake head ports to keep debris from falling into the head.
There was plenty of room to work with now. Simon slid a drain pan under the truck and then installed the new steel water jacket line. The new line provides better clearance for the MagnaCharger manifold and blower unit.	The shorter oil filler neck was also installed at this time. The factory piece was a little too tall, so MagnaCharger included this shorter one in its kit.
It was now time to remove the factory throttle-body and vapor canister from the original intake.	Here is a shot of the vapor canister located on the driver side of the intake manifold.
Simon simply installed the O-ring into the new MagnaCharger manifold and bolted the factory throttle-body into place.	MagnaCharger included these OE rubber gaskets for its new manifold. These gaskets ensure there will be no leaks.
Simon then installed the OE-like push-lock male fuel fitting into the MagnaCharger fuel rail. This piece included the mounting bracket for the factory fuel vapor canister that would be installed once the manifold was mounted to the heads.
