Arias Hemi Engine Build - Real HP
Harvey St. Mary wired in the DTS electrical harness to the BDS Supercharger electrical quick disconnect.
Dan inserted a new set of plugs set at 0.032 gaps.
After the Arias engine was wired for electrical power, data sensors, fuel, and exhaust, it was time to run some numbers.
After the engine information was input into the dyno computer, Eric lit off the mighty Arias beast.
Harvey checked the engine's ignition timing and made some minor adjustments.
As the engine broke in for about 20 minutes, Harvey uploaded the info into his laptop. Notice the red '37 Hudson Terraplane on the screen, that is what this Arias engine went into.
Here, you see teamwork: as Eric ran the DTS controls, Harvey was recording the engine's vital fuel data.
The FAST fuel delivery software was used to make adjustments while the engine was run up and down the engine's rpm range. Harvey made fuel delivery according to the Arias fuel needs.
After eight power pulls, Eric idled down the engine and allowed it to cool down slowly.
After a healthy workout, the Arias was removed from the DTS Dyno Motive cell and waited for pickup.
All that was left was to fire the Arias up, listen to the thunder, and feel the power!
