After removing the horns and two support brackets, the supplied intercooler was mounted with the included hardware.

The intercooler coolant pump was then mounted...

...along with the coolant overflow tank.

It was now time for Kurt to run the heater hoses to the pump and overflow tank. You can see how clean everything looked once it was buttoned back up.

Kurt then used the supplied wiring to run 12 volts to the intercooler pump.

The positive wire was supplied with an inline fuse to prevent any damage in case of a voltage spike. Each wire was protected with wire loom and kept away from moving objects and heat thanks to zip-ties.

We were then ready for the supplied serpentine belt.

A quick once-over was given to the engine compartment to ensure all wire harnesses were connected, vacuum hoses tight, and bolts secured.

Before we could fire it up, the gas tank was dropped and the new high-flow fuel pump was installed. We thought all of the 87-octane gas was out, but we found out later, some was hiding in the lines.
