2009 Chevy Silverado Supercharger Installation - Blown For Show

The Magnuson manifold was bolted down and the fuel injector plugs were snapped back into place.

The new tensioner assembly was then installed.

The stock throttle O-ring was removed from the OEM manifold and placed on the Magnuson unit...

...just before the throttle-body was bolted down.

The air tube assembly was pieced together and clamped to the throttle-body opening and the factory airbox, which has been fitted with a K&N filter in place of the OEM filter. The MAF plug was also reconnected at this point.

The new belt was wrapped around the pulleys and new tensioner. J.C. now moved on to install the intercooler.

With the radiator support cover off and the radiator support bracket loosened, the heat exchanger was ready to be set into place.

The supplied rubber strip was measured and affixed to the end tanks on the LTR unit before...

...it was slid under between the "A" frame bracket and air conditioning condenser. The heat exchanger was secured on top by the supplied brackets and on bottom using the factory "A" frame hardware.
