doesn't answer the basic question:  How much carbon dioxide will need to be emitted to capture a given unit of carbon dioxide?  Obviously the process is going to take energy.  How efficient will it be?  Secondly in what form will the carbon dioxide be stored?  It needs to be in a stable form for permanent storage.
