8. Reaching the top bolt of the bellhousing was a chore due to Blue Bomber’s cab being in the way. To remedy the situation, the transmission jack was lowered to tilt the engine back and give us more clearance.
parece de mentira e muito diferente do que costumo ver

Just hook a few dodge "trucks" on behind...no problems.

How about a rear end?
That happed to me.. I blew out my trans
that looks like it wold be a ss.....
Yeah Edward Carrillo, that's why I want to pay my truck off early and get a Duramax as soon as possible. I try to drive carefully because I know those 4l80e's are hit and miss. I just wasn't in the position to get the dream truck yet, but I like my 1500, but it's no Duramax.
Chris Derr, it doesn't. Most trucks only see street time anyways, so might as well get more mpg, more handling, and also lower=faster. Plus easier to get in and out of. No tacky steps to buy (which if you get snow, steps just keep salty road deposits on your body panels to help em rust out faster. Plus, depending how you lower (airbags, for example) actually INCREASE the payload, stability, and ride quality of a truck. So laugh all you want, but lowered trucks have everything in their advantage except deep snows and off road. But if you don't deal with that on a normal basis, might as well drop em. Anything looks better than stock!
Actually, yes. My 2000 Blazer. Apparently 215 horsepower was too much for a stock 4L60E, cause it blew it's guts at 145,000, and took the ring and pinion with it. Two years prior about 203 horsepower took the spider gears in the open diff. What pathetically cheap crap. "Like a rock". Yeah, whatever, GM.
someone went to ,the hood and had the truck monkiefied.

Y have 07 Chevy HD y don't need more power ...
$9,000 I don't think so to exp
Eddie Longan gets it! the last chevy I owned was a 91 silverado with a 5.7 and went thru 3 trannys in two years with nothing but a flowmaster exhaust. What makes you think they can handle any amount of added power if they cant handle the stock power? Oh thats right thats why they use allison now.
Nope not me. Ford put beefy trannys and axles under their supercharged trucks FOR that reason. I had a pretty modded out lightning that had the stock trans and never gave me any problems
Chris Derr lower = faster
My cousins 2010 Silverado has that problem. He put high-performance heads and a huge cam and some other bolt ons and now the transmission not good enough or the tires or the suspension. Its now making around 600 horses not bad for a 5.3.
chevrolet silverado 4x4 *=*
Stupid its a car not a damn truck, why would anyone ever lower a truck defeats whole purpose of truck.
Thats funny buy this Chevy
the transmission thinks so
All you have to do is call mad dog transmission and they will hook you up

La la otra vida voy a máser Rica y voy a tener una ja ja ja
Or if your really making boost power on a turbo truck you run a fully built 4l80e w everything upgraded and billet shafts with a Art Carr 4,000 stall converter , that will handle 1,500 rwhp ... Boooom...To bad I cant up load a pic ..
^^ He gets it
There is no such thing as too much power.
Well i had a 04 gmc with a 6 liter vtec.if i wasn't blowing trannies it was destroying rearends.untill a drunk girl hit me head on then the whole truck was desttroyed
