2007 Chevy Silverado 4x4 Buildup - Bulletproof

These two bolts mounted the steering rack onto the frame via rubber isolators. After removing the steering shaft and power steering line, the rack was set aside.	To fit the upper control arm drop bracket, the bottom of the coilover perch was cut with a torch and then cleaned up with a grinder.
Bulletproof included this triangular template that was used to drill a hole through the front crossmember. This is where the power steering lines will be routed once the rack is relocated.	Both differential drop brackets were bolted where the differential once was.
One of the fins on the differential was sanded down to provide clearance.	The differential was lifted back and installed in its new, dropped location.
Then, the truck was ready for the suspension cage. The whole piece bolted into the factory points without any trouble.	Next, the steering rack drop was bolted on.
The upper control arm drop brackets were bolted into the upper control arm mounts and moved the arms rearward slightly.	With the upper control arm drop bracket rotated out of the way, you can see the four bolt holes on the flange of the steering drop bracket.
Power steering plumbing was reconnected through the hole that was drilled earlier.	Bolting the A-arm drop brackets to the steering drop bracket strengthened the overall assembly.
